This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by Forum Development Polska sp z o.o.
The administrator of personal data is Forum Development Polska sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (01-031), al. Jana Pawła II 61 lok 303, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
The administrator takes care of the security of personal data processing. The administrator processes only such data that is permitted by law and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing. Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as "GDPR".
Purpose and legal basis for data processing. Our websites may process data that does not contain the user's contact details, but can be used to identify a specific device by means of which the user accesses the website. In combination with other data, the data we collect could, however, be used to identify you personally. In this way, we can obtain e.g. demographic data, IP addresses and Internet identifiers, as well as data obtained from cookies. We use the data obtained in this way to identify the user's session, adjust the displayed content and for statistical purposes.
Additionally, depending on the nature of the relationship, we may collect different categories of personal information that you provide directly by users. The scope of data depends on the nature of the relationship and may include such data as: Name and surname, address and contact details, data confirming belonging to a specific professional group.
We may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Ensuring compliance with the law and the security of the functioning of our websites,

Purposes and basics of processing:
Your consent (Art.6 (1) (a) GDPR): In certain situations, we may ask for your consent to use your personal data. The purpose of using the data is always stated in the consent. The consent granted may be withdrawn at any time, through the specially prepared functionalities of our websites or by contacting them in the manner described below. It should be remembered that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Necessity of processing for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the performance of a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) and (c) of the GDPR): In certain circumstances, we may be required to process your personal data in order to comply with the law or to fulfill our contractual obligations, which page the user is.

Access to user data may be granted to entities providing services to the Administrator (subcontractors and suppliers), including providing technical support for the functioning of our websites. Data transfer to third countries. Some data recipients may be based outside the European Economic Area, which does not ensure an adequate level of protection ("Third Country"). In any case
such transfer takes place only with the use of appropriate safeguards related to such data processing, in particular on the basis of an agreement with the data recipient using Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by the European Commission.
Automated data processing.
Users' personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), however, it will not have legal effects or similarly significantly affect the situation of users. Automated processing, including profiling, may consist in the analysis and evaluation of user data in order to adapt the behavior of websites to the configuration of the device and software used by the user, as well as to the user's preferences.

NOTE: You will not be able to exercise this right if the processing of data by the FORUM results from the implementation of legal provisions.

at any time, the data subject may request the suspension of data processing by FORUM for reasons related to a particular situation in the event that personal data will be processed for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by FORUM or a third party (e.g. for the purpose of keeping statistics and analyzes). In such a case, FORUM will cease to process personal data, unless:
there will be legally valid and legitimate grounds for their processing that override the data subject's interests, rights and freedoms; or grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims.
the right to limit the processing of personal data - art. 18
it is possible to request a "blocking" of data (i.e. to stop all data processing except for their storage by the FORUM in certain situations, including the time necessary to correct them or when they are no longer needed by the FORUM, but their storage will be for the data subject needed, for example, to protect its rights.
the right to transfer personal data - art. 20 GDPR
data can be requested in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can request the data to be obtained or send the data directly to another administrator, if technically possible NOTE: the law applies to data that the person himself provided to the administrator
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - art. 77 GDPR
In the event of a suspected violation of the provisions on the protection of personal data (e.g. when the data subject believes that during the processing of personal data, FORUM violates their rights or does not exercise them), they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
