This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by Forum Development Polska sp z o.o.

The administrator of personal data is Forum Development Polska sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (01-031), al. Jana Pawła II 61 lok 303, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

The administrator takes care of the security of personal data processing. The administrator processes only such data that is permitted by law and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing. Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as "GDPR".

Purpose and legal basis for data processing. Our websites may process data that does not contain the user's contact details, but can be used to identify a specific device by means of which the user accesses the website. In combination with other data, the data we collect could, however, be used to identify you personally. In this way, we can obtain e.g. demographic data, IP addresses and Internet identifiers, as well as data obtained from cookies. We use the data obtained in this way to identify the user's session, adjust the displayed content and for statistical purposes.

Additionally, depending on the nature of the relationship, we may collect different categories of personal information that you provide directly by users. The scope of data depends on the nature of the relationship and may include such data as: Name and surname, address and contact details, data confirming belonging to a specific professional group.

We may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Purposes and basics of processing:

Your consent (Art.6 (1) (a) GDPR): In certain situations, we may ask for your consent to use your personal data. The purpose of using the data is always stated in the consent. The consent granted may be withdrawn at any time, through the specially prepared functionalities of our websites or by contacting them in the manner described below. Automated processing, including profiling, may consist in the analysis and evaluation of user data in order to adapt the behavior of websites to the configuration of the device and software used by the user, as well as to the user's preferences.

the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - art. 77 GDPR
